Well this is gonna be long as I am really very happy with the puchase!
I was looing for a replacement original battery for my Dell Inspiron 5521. Sellers in Amazon & Flipkart were listing them for quite high prices and some of them did not appear genuine either. After a bit of googling, I came across this website. I was very skeptical at first as the prices were quite reasonable. I waited for a few months. Finally one day, wen my old batery got completely dead, I opened up this website and again did a bit of research. I opted for cash on delivery as I was still not totally sure. Ofcourse I had to pay 75 extra but I was okay with it. I did have to make an advance payment of 150 and the rest was COD. The item got shipped the very next day via xpressbees. I was wondering if it woul really be an aunthetic Dell product. A few days later, the parcel was in my hands and was was really pleased to see the very box it came in. (Please refer pictures attached). It is a genuine Dell product which one can tell just by looking at the box and product inside! I hope this website grows so that it can become a one stop joint for laptop and computer accessories. Another good thing is they give both options “genuine” and “third party compitable” in a very honest manner. I would like to see original and third party printer cartridges and toners in the future as it is not easy to get original toner cartridges online. Cheers!

The battery is working fine. But When I generated a report from command prompt for the battery after placing it in laptop. It shows a different manufacturer name and not dell. Why is that so?
