In how may days I can return the product to get refund ?

We provide 15 days return window within which customer has to inform us by email (help@lapgadgets.in). Our team will check and inform you for the futher process within 24 hours. Refund normally takes 7-10 days. This service is free if informed within 15 days, but after 15 days you still can return but it would be chargeable (Rs. 200-350 return and shipping handling charges)

I spent so much time trying to figure out why my battery is not working. Then I found out that the manufacturer have the battery pins oriented in the wrong way. You will have to flip the battery pins so that the golden part comes to the top. Do not return the battery, this is mostly the problem.
This battery seems to be of good quality, Works fine, I am yet to find out how much long it will last.
