In how may days I can return the product to get refund ?

Refund normally takes 7-10 days. This service is free if informed within 15 days, but after 15 days you still can return but it would be chargeable (Rs. 200-350 return and shipping handling charges)

Some tips to increase the life of Acer Aspire AP16B4J Battery

Please carefully read the instructions before using the battery.
Before using the new replacement battery for Acer Aspire for the first time, make sure that the battery is full charge for the first time usage and then get it discharge up to 5% and then recharge it for the same pattern for couple of times.
You’d better use a dedicated AC adapter when charging the new Acer Aspire battery
You’d better turn off your Acer laptop when the Acer Aspire battery is charging; do not pull out the power plug or use your computer when charging for the first time.
If you don’t use laptop for a long time, please remove the Acer Aspire AP164BJ Battery, and place it in a ventilated and dry place.
Excessively high or low temperature environment should be avoided when using the replacement Acer Aspire battery, as the too low or too high temperature will affect the battery life.

I bought a laptop ( ACER Switch alpha) battery and had to undergo torturous experience. First time, the item looked new but it did not work. I had to ask for replacement. Second time, I got the product and it was not looking nw at all. It was more like refurbished item. Since it worked so I am not complaining but the batter pack had had written note “New”. This was a clear manipulation. Second time, I had to do multiple followups to get product. You guys need to improve a lop. You are better than Flipkart though. They are cheat number 1.
