Replacements are provided at no additional cost for products deemed Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) or faulty. Customers must promptly notify us of such issues through email at [email protected] within 10 days of order delivery.
In cases where reverse pickup service is unavailable from our logistics partners, customers are responsible for returning the products to Lap Gadgets at their own expense and risk.
Replacement orders will be processed once the claimed DOA or faulty product has been returned to Lap Gadgets and verified by our representatives to be free from tampering.
Tampered products, serial number tempered will not be eligible for replacement.

Returns:

Products may be returned within 10 days of the delivery date under the following circumstances:

Dead-on-Arrival (DOA)
Defective products (not functioning as per product documentation)
Physically damaged products (reportable within 24 to 48 hours of delivery)
Delivery of an incorrect product

Returns meeting the above criteria are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement, depending on the customer’s preference.

However, returns initiated due to customer error or compatibility issues occurs due to wrong purchase will incur a 5% deduction from the order value, along with actual two-way logistic charges. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in the original method of payment.
