Terms & condition for money back guarantee:
- Request submitted for return/refund/replacement within 10 days after the delivery date will be served by us, we will arrange return pickup for free. Request for return/refund/replacement after 10 days after delivery date will not be served free and customers has to self courier the item back to us on their own cost. All request must be raised at our whatsapp 912613514669 or email us at help[@]lapgadgets.in.
- We will arrange for return pickup through a logistic partner if the request for return is submitted within 10 days after delivery. However, in the event the logistic partner is unable to pickup the parcel, you will be informed by mail and you will have to dispatch the parcel to seller through a reputed courier (India post, professional courier ). Return address will be given in email. The freight charges for such products shall be reimbursed to you on successful receipt of product and verification of the same (Return charges are not refunded if the item is returned after the period of 10 days is over post delivery date)
- Returns are subject to verification and checks in order to determine the legitimacy of complaint/return. During pick-up, your product shall be checked for the following conditions:
- For Original brand products of Dell, Lenovo, HP, no returns are accepted unless the item has defect in it. Returns for original products are accepted only if the Brand service center denies to replace or they provide a service denial letter or a diagnostic report from the brand service center about the non working or defect in the product purchased from Lapgadgets.in
|Correctness||IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should not be removed and clearly visible.|
|Completeness||All in-the-box accessories (like laptop battery, screw driver kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies, warranty/guarantee cards and combos (if any) should be present.|
|Non Usage||The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).|
|Non-damage (Product)||The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.|
|Non-damage (Packaging)||Product’s original packaging/ brand box should be undamaged.|
- Products may be rejected for return if they are not returned as per the conditions mentioned above. Products may also be rejected for return (for refund or replacement) if sent directly to us without return authorization from Lap Gadgets over email.
- After receiving the returned package, our RMA department will process the RMA as well as inspect the returned items. For a refund RMA, the refund funds will be posted to you, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to make it available. The processing time is vary and according to your bank’s policy
- If the product received does not pass the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you.
- In case the replacement product is out of stock, a refund shall be initiated.
- Lap Gadgets reserves the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.
- In case of Cash ON Delivery orders, charges for cod is not refundable.
- Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately (Must within 2 hours after your payment ). We can cancel your order as long as you request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Should you open the package, but do not want to accept the received product(s), having a return authorization request is necessary. The 10% restocking fee and the shipping & handling fee will be charged.
- In case the buyer has purchased a wrong product, it can be exchanged and the buyer is responsible for return courier charges. And if the buyer wants to cancel the order and get refund, then a restocking fees of 10% will be charged and remaining amount will be refunded within 3-5 days after we receive the original order item.
- We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.
- All our products comes with warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned within the warranty period. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without getting return authorization. It is difficult for us to find out your transaction record and this may result in delaying exchange or refund process.
- Defective products must be returned within 10 days since the request of return. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.
- If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void. In case of laptop batteries if it is swollen or physically damaged badly then no replacement will be eligible.
