We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described or damaged or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period. You can get the refund in 7 days after the claim process finishes.

1. Contact customer support

Drop a mail with your concern at support@lapgadgets.in with your order number in subject and brief your concern with images in case it is required.

2. Request for refund / replacement

Our support executive will come with possible solution to your issue. If agreed you can get a replacement or you can ask for refund within 30 days of receiving the order.

3. Get money back within 7 days

Mostly we refund you back within 7 days. In case the issue is not resolved then you can raise your voice at chirag@lapgadgets.in

Terms & condition for money back guarantee:

    • Request to return for refund or replacement must be raised within 30 calendar days of delivery of the product at support@lapgadgets.in
    • We will arrange for return pickup through a logistic partner. However, in the event the logistic partner is unable to pickup the parcel, you will be informed by mail and you will have to dispatch the parcel to seller through a reputed courier (India post, professional courier ). Return address will be given in email.The freight charges for such products shall be reimbursed to you on successful receipt of product and verification of the same.
    • Returns are subject to verification and checks in order to determine the legitimacy of complaint/return. During pick-up, your product shall be checked for the following conditions:

CorrectnessIMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should not be removed and clearly visible.
CompletenessAll in-the-box accessories (like laptop battery, screw driver kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies, warranty/guarantee cards and combos (if any) should be present.
Non UsageThe product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Non-damage (Product)The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Non-damage (Packaging)Product’s original packaging/ brand box should be undamaged.
  • Products may be rejected for return if they are not returned as per the conditions mentioned above. Products may also be rejected for return (for refund or replacement) if sent directly to us without return authorization from Lap Gadgets over email.
  • After receiving the returned package, our RMA department will process the RMA as well as inspect the returned items. For a refund RMA, the refund funds will be posted to you, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to make it available. The processing time is vary and according to your bank’s policy
  • If the product received does not pass the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you.
  • In case the replacement product is out of stock, a refund shall be initiated.
  • lapgadget reserves the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.
  • In case of Cash ON Delivery orders, charges for cod is not refundable.

Non-defective product(s)

  • Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately (Must within 2 hours after your payment ). We can cancel your order as long as you request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • Should you open the package, but do not want to accept the received product(s), having a return authorization request is necessary. The 10% restocking fee and the shipping & handling fee will be charged.
  • In case the buyer has purchased a wrong product, it can be exchanged and the buyer is responsible for return courier charges. And if the buyer wants to cancel the order and get refund, then a restocking fees of 10% will be charged and remaining amount will be refunded within 3-5 days after we receive the original order item.
  • We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.

Defective product(s)

  • All our products  comes with warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned within the warranty period. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without getting return authorization. It is difficult for us to find out your transaction record and this may result in delaying exchange or refund process.
  • Defective products must be returned within 30 days since the request of return. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.
  • If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.
