    The laptop screen which I mentioned in my order was different from the product which was received and not fitted in my laptop and hence I returned it with my own expenses. I requested them to replace it with my requirement as I already shared in their WhatsApp number and ask them to send the image before dispatch the product . They promised to do the replacement but till date they neither send the images nor refunded my money.

    All Online delivery allow opening the packages to see what’s inside. This company doesn’t allow that and says that you can file for refund later. But they do not allow opening the package even in front of delivery guy. Waste of time and effort
