This item is eligible for free replacement / refund for first 10 days. You can return the product within 10 days of delivery for full replacement its free, pickup will be arranged by us. After 10 days you have to send the item by your own cost for replacement or refund.

Please note: Refund is only eligible in case our product is faulty and we are unable to provide you a replacement. In case the product comes in Dead on arrival or Manufacturing defect, you must submit proof of product not working by sharing a video on our whatsapp: +912613514669 

Certain items like Screen, LCD COver, Bottom case, Palmrest and other plastic casings are not eligible for return, unless it comes damage or defective.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. 

No full refund will be given in case original box and warranty cards or manuals are missing or the item has scratches or partial damage. In such case refund value will be decided as per the fair market value.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
