The urge to write about my experiences with LapGadgets made me ask for the review link from them. It would be difficult to comprehend my experience in words though but still for the benefit of customers like me I would. It so happened that my ThinkPad’s battery had died and I purchased a new battery about a year ago from LapGadgets, which they supplied was original and due to perhaps several charging cycles it’s capacity dipped to a significant fraction and since LapGadgets offered 1 year warranty with the same I reached out to them to which they promptly responded. Note : 1. 7.3V and 7.4V are compatible, they are in common use.
2. This battery only fits for Apple MacBook Air 11.6 Inch A1370(EMC 2471)(Mid 2011) and A1465(EMC 2558)(Mid 2012).
3. Not Compatible with A1370 EMC 2393
Apple produced two different batteries for the MacBook Air 11″ A1370 model. There is a slightly different battery for the mid 2011 to mid 2012 for A1370 model. These are nearly identical batteries except the location of the wiring harness. The wiring harness for A1375 battery (Late 2010-Early 2011 model) is located just off to the side of the battery. The Mid 2011-Mid 2012 version has the harness located more towards the center of the battery. While they have the same power capacity, they are not cross compatible.
