This item is eligible for free replacement or return for first 10 days. You can return the product within 10 days of delivery for full refund its free, pickup will be arranged by us. After 10 days no refund will be given only replacement will be given and for that you have to send the item by your own cost.
Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
No full refund will be given in case original box and warranty cards or manuals are missing. In such case 50% refund only will be given.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
